Psychotherapy Services

 Psychotherapy sessions are typically 45-minutes, once or twice weekly.

Adult Therapy (ages 18+)

1-on-1 treatment that involves therapeutic conversations and interventions between the adult and therapist.

We collaboratively work through personal issues that can be difficult to explore and face alone. I combine different treatment approaches to fit your needs and bring about greater clarity and stability in your life.

Child Therapy (ages 6-11)

1-on-1 treatment that involves therapeutic play, activities, and interactions between the child and therapist.

Through interactive play, I create a safe space for your child to express difficult feelings and learn new coping mechanisms. I encourage regular sessions with parents, the frequency of which varies depending on the child's age and situation.

Adolescent Therapy (ages 12-17)

1-on-1 treatment that involves therapeutic activities and conversations between the adolescent and therapist.

I aim to address the unique developmental challenges that come with adolescence including identity confusion, physical/sexual changes, emotional disturbances, peer pressure, separation from parents, or handling responsibilities. I encourage occasional sessions with parents.

Couples Therapy

Treatment that involves therapeutic conversations and interventions between the couple and therapist.

We work together to heal wounds, identify and resolve harmful patterns of interaction, and thereby improve and strengthen your relationship. Occasionally, it can also involve amicably working through breakups, separation, or divorce. Couples therapy sometimes involves individual sessions with each person.

Family Therapy

Treatment that involves the therapist and family members collaboratively working on issues causing family stress and distance. The family members vary based on the people who interact and influence each other closely. It can include members from immediate, extended, or blended families.

I work closely with the family to explore difficult family dynamics and to help build stronger family bonds. Family therapy sometimes involves individual sessions with each person.
